Came here for 1 day, the hotel was ideal and quiet, it had magnificent location just off the Frankfurt inner city / Alte Oper, an office building and shopping street. Very efficient service, even though a few employees were kind of rude.
The bathroom was quite small.

Very friendly hotel stuff. The fastest check-in I ever saw. Much more than I expected. I have regular trips to Frankfurt and looking forward to stay there again !
Only the bed was not king size.

Very well located. Close to the Alte Oper. U-bahn station just 2 minutes from the hotel.
Reception closes at 17h. Too early for business travelers. Entrance door not clearly signaled.

We loved the spacious and modern apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and the Opera House. Despite its central location, the area was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to stay with kids. Moreover, the hotel staff was very polite and friendly, and the free coffee and light breakfast in the morning were a nice touch.
No complaints.

They do not operate like a hotel service. There are 4 issues one may face....1/ if you book an apartment online on the weekend (Friday post 4 PM) there's high chance no one will pick up the booking in the office, which means you can't check-in, no-room available - you are left stranded & a bit helpless especially if the security staff cant speak to anyone in booking/reservations. Booked.net team could'nt even get thru to anyone until i handed my phone to a securtiy guy, even then nothing could be resolved quickly. As I found out the hardway! Not easy, with a 9month old baby & several suitcases!. Only security staff work weekends, they do their best to help but the hotels policy is useless! 2/ the key cards have a habit of not working consistently i had to change/update twice 3/ if you stay longer than 3 days there is a laundry room with 1x iron board, washing machine - its not very convenient if several people wish to use the facilities as the same time. Be prepared to pay a fortune in laundry service fees & plan ahead as an alternative. 4/ its not a family friendly for those with babies/young kids especially when using prams having to contend with entrance stairs etc For a hotel which claims to be "smart business"...its does not accomadate nore services the modern business traveller. The residence is well maintained and staff are generally nice. But there are lots of inconveniences! I recommend a hotel anytime!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Frankfurt. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and great restaurants. The service was top-notch, with efficient check-in and a convenient app for our room key. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette that had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and we appreciated the extra touches like the complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The large balcony was a wonderful feature, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the sunshine. we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Frankfurt.
This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Great place for longer trips to Frankfurt!
The location of the hotel was excellent, with the "Alte Oper" just a stone's throw away. As someone who needed to be close to the office, the proximity of the hotel to my workplace was a huge plus. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, large bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, although the wardrobe could use some dusting. The internet, while slow, was still usable for work purposes. The room was generally quiet, but there was some noise coming from the toilet, which required me to close the door in order to sleep comfortably.
One disappointing aspect was the lack of a full breakfast. The options available were limited to croissants and coffee at the reception area, and if you wanted a larger breakfast, you had to pre-order it and collect it at the reception.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Frankfurt. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and with stunning views. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome even though I arrived late. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
All was great and exceeded my expectations.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony that offered a nice spot to relax. the location was very convenient, close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering simple breakfast in reception and complimentary amenities.
The wifi connection was inconsistent and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. the parking situation was inconvenient, requiring a separate trip to the reception to get a park card before accessing the garage.
